La proposition de ce nouveau logo a été préparée par notre groupe d'experts et approuvée par la présidence et le congrès à Bruxelles le 6 décembre 2024. Ce nouveau logo communique clairement qui nous sommes, ce que nous représentons et le rôle que nous jouons dans la façonne de l'avenir de l'Europe. Ce logo est plus qu'un simple symbole ; c'est un message visuel puissant, plein de sens et de références à nos valeurs fondatrices. ## Le nom : clarté et identité ![Website of the European Democrats - https://democrats.eu](https://democrats.eu/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-e1733651869731-1024x778.png "Website of the European Democrats Democrats: the EDP new brand identity")Working sketches of the new logo Au cœur du nouveau logo se trouve le mot **« Démocrates »**, un élément clé de notre identité politique. En Europe, aux États-Unis et dans le monde entier. Direct, clair et universel, ce nom reflète notre engagement en faveur d'une démocratie inclusive, moderne et tournée vers l'avenir. C'est un mot fédérateur qui parle à tous les citoyens européens et leur rappelle l'importance d'une force centriste capable de conduire le changement. ## La couleur orange : énergie et centrisme La couleur dominante du nouveau logo est un **orange vibrant**, associé à l'énergie, à l'innovation et à l'ouverture. L'orange est historiquement associé au **centrisme politique**, positionné quelque part entre le rouge socialiste, qui représente un engagement en faveur de la justice sociale et de l'égalité, et le jaune libéral, synonyme de liberté individuelle, de progrès et de développement économique. Ce choix incarne parfaitement ce que nous sommes en tant que force politique : nous recherchons **l'équilibre et le dialogue**, toujours prêts à trouver des solutions aux défis de l'Europe. Le nombre 12 représente la perfection, la complétude et l'harmonie. Elles entourent le dessin principal, suggérant l'inclusion, l'unité et la protection. Elles rendent hommage aux principes de liberté, de démocratie et de droits fondamentaux qui sont au cœur du projet européen. ## Un symbole d'avenir et de confiance Le nouveau logo représente bien plus qu'une simple identité visuelle renouvelée, c'est aussi une **déclaration d'intention**. Il exprime clairement qui nous sommes et ce que nous voulons construire : une Europe unie, forte et inclusive, dans laquelle le rôle des démocrates européens sera de plus en plus central.
