Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière d'administration, d'organisation et de communication ? Vous parlez couramment le français, l'allemand et l'anglais ? Si oui, vous êtes peut-être le candidat idéal pour le poste d'assistant administratif au sein du Parti Démocrate européen (PDE), un parti politique centriste au niveau européen, composé de 21 partis nationaux de 15 pays européens. **A propos du poste** Le PDE recherche un nouveau membre du personnel à temps plein pour superviser ses tâches administratives et logistiques. Son objectif principal est de soutenir le reste de l'équipe. Le poste sera basé au siège du PDE à Bruxelles, et nécessitera également des déplacements occasionnels pour aider à l'organisation d'événements et de réunions. **Gestion administrative :** vous assurez le bon fonctionnement du bureau de Bruxelles. Vous serez le point de contact pour les prestataires de services du PDE. Une part importante de votre travail consistera à traiter les factures et le courrier du PDE. **Finances:** : vous aiderez l'équipe à travailler sur le règlement des factures. **Evènements & activités:**vous aiderez l'équipe à préparer la logistique et les documents pour les réunions statutaires, les réunions et les événements organisés par le PDE lui-même ou avec ses membres. Cela implique de demander des devis, de superviser la logistique, d'envoyer des documents, des demandes de restauration et d'envoyer des documents dans les différentes langues du PDE. **Exigences relatives au rôle** - Exigence : au moins 1 an d'expérience dans le domaine de soutien administratif. - Langues : - Exigences : parler couramment l'allemand, l'anglais et le français. - La connaissance d'autres langues est un atout - La connaissance des règles applicables aux partis politiques européens et aux AISBL belges est un atout. **Compétences** - La fonction exige de la précision et une très grande attention aux détails, en particulier en ce qui concerne les finances et la logistique. - Capacité à travailler au sein d’une équipe de différents horizons et nationalités - Capacité à communiquer clairement et rapidement, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, - Proactif et réactif, capable de comprendre rapidement les situations et les tâches ainsi que de travailler efficacement en équipe et de manière indépendante. **Détails du contrat** - Date de début : 1er août ou 1er septembre Si vous êtes intéressé(e) par cette opportunité, veuillez envoyer votre CV et votre lettre de motivation en anglais à info@democrats.eu le plus rapidement possible, avec pour objet "Assistant(e) administratif(ve)- germanophone".
