![Website of the European Democrats - https://democrats.eu](https://democrats.eu/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/The-visit-of-the-Secretary-General-of-the-European-Democratic-Party-SandroGozi-to-the-Republic-of-Cyprus-04-510x400.webp "Website of the European Democrats EDP goes to Cyprus: the visit of our Secretary General Sandro Gozi") ![Website of the European Democrats - https://democrats.eu](https://democrats.eu/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/The-visit-of-the-Secretary-General-of-the-European-Democratic-Party-SandroGozi-to-the-Republic-of-Cyprus-02-622x400.webp "Website of the European Democrats EDP goes to Cyprus: the visit of our Secretary General Sandro Gozi") **“Our main mission”, said Sandro Gozi, “is certainly to consolidate the political space with Renew Europe, but alongside this –** in a perspective of work that goes beyond 2024 – there is also the need to continue the dialogue with all democratic and centrist parties that, although belonging to other European political families, share values and objectives with us”. "Ringrazio il Presidente della Repubblica, il nostro amico Christodoulides", ha proseguito Gozi, "per averci accolto: un Presidente giovane, appena eletto, indipendente e convinto europeista, che rimane uno dei nostri leader europei preferiti: lo aspettiamo presto a Bruxelles al Parlamento Europeo". ![Website of the European Democrats - https://democrats.eu](https://democrats.eu/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/The-visit-of-the-Secretary-General-of-the-European-Democratic-Party-SandroGozi-to-the-Republic-of-Cyprus-03-622x400.webp "Website of the European Democrats EDP goes to Cyprus: the visit of our Secretary General Sandro Gozi") > The visit of the Secretary General of the European Democratic Party, [@SandroGozi](https://twitter.com/sandrogozi?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw), to the Republic of [\#Cyprus](https://twitter.com/hashtag/Cyprus?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) ended today ![🇨🇾](https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f1e8-1f1fe.png)![🇪🇺](https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f1ea-1f1fa.png) > This visit is part of the EDP's work to consolidate relations with all democratic and centrist political parties in the European Union. > During the two-day… [pic.twitter.com/BEwwn3TwaX](https://t.co/BEwwn3TwaX) > > — European Democrats (@PDE\_EDP) [May 19, 2023](https://twitter.com/PDE_EDP/status/1659622573833875457?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) ### Membro/i correlato/i ![Sandro
