On 18 May 2024, EAJ-PNV, in cooperation with the European Democratic Party, organized the event “From the Basque Country, the Challenge for Europe” in San Sebastián/Donostia. The discussion brought together key political figures, including EDP Secretary General Sandro Gozi, Oihane Agirregoitia, lead candidate in Spain for the CEUS-Coalición para una Europa Solidaria list, outgoing MEP Izaskun Bilbao Barandica, and EAJ-PNV President Andoni Ortuzar. The event focused on Europe’s future challenges, the role of regional parties, and the need for a stronger, more united Europe.
