Marina Demetriou Stavrou has served as an EDP deputy secretary general sine 2016. Representing the Platforma Politon (ΠΛΑΤΦΌΡΜΑ ΠΟΛΙΤΏΝ), or Citizens' Platform, she has also served as Cyprus president of the Women's Alliance from 2013 to 2018. A former member of Symmaxia Politon political party from 2013 until 2018 and a member of the European Party from 2004 to 2013. An experienced finance manager with a deep experience in the aviation industry, she studied at HEC Lausanne, Switzerland, and l’Université de Strasbourg, France. She speaks Greek, English and French.
