The European Democratic Party is committed to the highest standards of transparency, integrity and sound financial management in the organisation and financing of its activities.
As a European political party with its seat in Belgium, EDP publishes its annual reports, annual accounts and related funding information in accordance with the EU rules applicable to European political parties, including Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1141/2014 for the relevant reporting periods and Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2025/2445 as applicable, and with the Belgian Code of Companies and Associations, in particular the provisions applicable to international non-profit associations (associations internationales sans but lucratif / AISBL).

Our tenders are conducted in line with applicable EU financial rules and the principles of sound financial management, transparency, equal treatment, non-discrimination, proportionality and broad competition.
