Régions et Territoires

Wanting a strong Europe does not stop us from demanding a Europe attentive to its regions, cities and distant territories — it is exactly the opposite: a Union is only as strong as the places that feel part of it. From the outermost regions to rural towns, the European Democrats want real cohesion, respect for local identities, and recognition for the languages that millions of Europeans speak every day — including official status in the Union itself.

A Union that listens to its territories is one its citizens recognise as theirs.
