Story
Ander Caballero Barturen is a Basque diplomat, academic and public affairs expert serving as Secretary General for External Action in the Lehendakari's office. A senior fellow at the Aguirre Center for Social and Political Studies, he has represented the Basque Government at the UN ECOSOC Development Cooperation Forum and serves on the EU Committee of the Regions within the Renew Europe group.
