Echevin de la ville d'Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve. Cédric du Monceau, né à Bruxelles en 1956, est un homme politique belge et ancien directeur du WWF France. Il a grandi à Ottignies et a poursuivi ses études à l'Atlantic College au Pays de Galles avant d'obtenir un diplôme en économie et finances internationales à l'Université de Louvain en 1979. La carrière de M. Du Monceau s'étend à divers secteurs : il a notamment travaillé chez McKinsey&Co, a été directeur de la Banque européenne pour la reconstruction et le développement et a dirigé le WWF France de 2000 à 2006, où il a considérablement augmenté le nombre de membres et le budget de l'organisation. Il est actuellement premier échevin d'Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, chargé de l'urbanisme et des affaires économiques, et participe activement à la vie politique locale et nationale depuis 2006.
