Social Europe

A strong economy and a strong safety net are not rivals. The European Democrats want a Europe of decent work, fair wages and accessible healthcare, where prosperity reaches every region and every generation. Competition with the world cannot become a race to the bottom at home.

Solidarity is what makes Europe more than a market. A Union that protects its people is a Union its people will defend in return.
