The European Democratic Party (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an international non-profit association (AISBL) incorporated under the laws of Belgium, located at Rue Montoyer 25 – B-1000 Brussels and registered under company number 0867.454.469.

We understand that your privacy is fundamental to you. Therefore, we guarantee to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data by using it only in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and the Belgian Data Privacy Act of 8 December 1992 (FR/NL), as amended, restated and/or replaced from time to time.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how we may collect and use data that identifies you or makes you identifiable (“personal data”) and, most importantly, what rights you have regarding your personal data.
