Story
Jean-Noël Barrot (born 13 May 1983, Paris) is a French MoDem economist-politician who taught at MIT and HEC Paris. Elected MP for Yvelines in 2017, he held successive ministerial roles covering digital and European affairs before being appointed France's Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs in September 2024. He is the son of former European Commissioner Jacques Barrot.
