Olivier de Wasseige, nato nel 1962 a Aye, in Belgio, è un importante imprenditore e dirigente tecnologico belga che ha fondato DefinITion (poi Defimedia), un'azienda di consulenza e sviluppo Internet. È stato CEO dell'azienda fino al 2013 e ha co-fondato il fondo Private Equity Internet Attitude nel 2010, specializzato in investimenti nel settore Internet. De Wasseige è stato un leader importante nella comunità imprenditoriale, ricoprendo il ruolo di Vicepresidente e poi di Amministratore Delegato dell'Union wallonne des entreprises (UWE) dal 2017 al 2023. Nel settembre 2023, è entrato in politica con Les Engagés, diventando il candidato principale per il distretto di Liegi alle elezioni vallone.
